Fundraising is really important to us and it is, of course, with the generosity of our supporters that we’re able to keep running. We are so proud of our charity and what fundraising helps us to achieve so we are always reviewing our practices to make sure that they are fair, sensitive and always appropriate.
We always want to ensure that we give the highest quality of experience for our supporters. We want to empower and protect you all. We train our committee members to support, recognise and appropriately respond to vulnerability without discrimination or judgement.
We are always working to ensure that supporters are fairly treated and treated as individuals, never exploited or treated in any way that might bring them harm as a result of an interaction with The Mark Townsend Charitable Trust.
About your donation or the money you’ve raised
At The Mark Townsend Charitable Trust we are a team 9 volunteers and therefore do not get paid a salary. All of your hard work fundraising and support is very much appreciated by us and your donation will be used responsibly.
